I am 20 years old and believe i have ED. When i was in my teens i had no problem at all just getting an erection from thinking (no physical touching). Now i am starting to notice i am having a hard time getting it erect and staying that way even with being physical. I went to see the doctor and at first the tests showed i had low testosterone. But after several more tests and an MRI it came back up to normal (still don't know why this happened). Im still having a hard time getting it up tho. Ive taken viagra and a couple others. They help somewhat but sometimes not enough for penetration. When i physically stimulate it, i can sometimes get it full hard but as soon as i let go of it, i lose it in about 15sec. This is very frustrating for me, being so young. Also i notice depending on what position i am in effects my erection. I can get one sitting down but if i lay down or stand up, i can't get it erect.
