For the last week I have had problems with having sex with my fiance, The last time I properly made love to her, I felt like something was scratching my penis, I believe this could be a friction burn of somesort because now everytime I try to make love to her the burning sensation is excrusiating and I really need to get this sorted out. What could this be and what can I do to sort this out. Many thanks   It is normal for a man to have nighttime erections and tug on it a bit before rolling over and going back to sleep. buy cheapest online viagra Re: A cure for ED

I had my very first pain management appointment this evening and to be honest I'm really not sure how I feel about how it went. I described all my aches and pains and told him that I went to two primary doctors for a second opinion and both say that I have fibromyalgia. He said to me that "fibromyalgia is not a real thing; it's when there's nothing else to pin the problems to" and the medical world is reconsidering/researching the whole fibromyalgia syndrome that it's not a real thing! Again, I feel like my problems were being dismissed and NOT taken seriously! I told him that I have a rhuemotology appt next week to see if any of the problems relate to that. He ordered MRI of my hip/lower back and cervical spine and prescribed me something like Lyrica. I'm in so much pain EVERYDAY; I really thought he would prescribe me real pain meds like the ones I was getting from my Primary doctor. My PD told me to see a pain mgmnt doctor and gave me enough pain killers until I see him. I wasn't sure if I could even ask for them since it was my first visit and I didn't want to come off looking like that's all I wanted but reality is that I've been on pain killers for years for my pains and I'm afraid that I'm not going to get them with this doctor. I wanted to ask about the long acting meds (oxycontin?) but I didn't feel like I could. Everytime I told him a pain I have he comes back and says something like "oh well the cold bothers me too" or "I have tmj and I don't have that problem", "I don't feel anything in your jaw that would make you feel the sharp throbbing pain". Then he says "I don't mean to sound like your pains aren't real but it could be something else". This is extremely frustrating! The cold air is exc 1000 ruitiating for me and gives me a massive headache the whole day if I'm exposed to the cold air outside for 10 min. Has anyone felt this way? Did your PM dr offer or prescribe pain killers on the first visit or even the 2nd visit..
