Hi Carol, Yes, I have arthritus and the weather does affect me, feels like some days my bones are all stiff. I, too, spend time on heating pads. Not nearly as much as before surgery. Since surgery, some times I have to put ice on the upper part of me and heat on the lower. I had gone through some pain with my left foot a while back, I had lost the use of my left leg after my first surgery, (2006) which slowly came back except for a foot drop that is there always. I don't have trouble with my feet hurting like you do, and yes the pain stimulator does help with my feet, although when I have a bad night where my legs go crazy, my feet get that way, too. I put a cold pack on the backs of my ankles where the pulse points are. Then I have a jacuzi tub that I often just sit in, that's the only time I am completely out of pain. I read in there and I've read 8 books since Aug! Maybe we should move to Arizona or something. Alot of times I force myself to take my dog out for walks, and it does help "if" I can force myself to do it. I am just getting back into doing that. Right now it is like zero out though. Hi I'm 22, I've been reading alot online and I've come to the conclusion that I have low testosterone, altho I am not 100% sure, all the signs are there.
