Hi, I was doing some reading about the squeeze technique that can be done to one's penis to delay ejaculation time. I wanted to get more information on the technique if a anyone knew anything about it. First. How often can it be done? Should one limit oneself to once or twice a day, or is this an exercise where the more you do the faster the result? Second. How hard and how long should one squeeze for? I've read anywhere from 5 seconds to 30 seconds. Third. How many squeezes in one sitting? Readings tell me 3 or 4 times per time is sufficient. Fourth. Is there risk of damage if done too often? Any information on this technique would be greatly appreciated. The internet might not be the best place for random pieces of information on how to handle my penis. I'm way too attached to it. Thanks! Dangers of levitra jpg My first problem involves masturbation. I've been masturbating to porn for quite awhile now and noticed that I ejaculate really quickly now. My penis is very sensitive now. I believe masturbating to porn has caused this. What do you guys think? And what can I do to solve this problem? My second problem is that I have a difficult time achieving and maintaining a strong erection during sex and masturbation. I rarley have morning erections and when I do they are weak. I am taking depression medication but it does not have sexual side effects. I haven't had a lot of sex and when I have, I either had PE or I couldn't get hard enough. I went to my urologist and I got my testosterone levels done and they are normal. It didn't seem like he was to concerned. He prescribed me cialis and told me to take it every other day. He said the next time I have sex and if I have the same problems come and see him. I haven't had sex since I've seen him because I'm afraid that the same thing will happen again! I just want to

Hi Sammy, It's been a while since I've been on but I've followed your story here and there - I'm so glad that you got some answers and was wondering if you could help me please. I am scheduled to have a C5/6 fusion on the 11th May and I understand that you recently had one. Could you please fill me in on what to expect.I'm not even sure what the scar will look like. I forgot to ask the surgeon because we were busy finding a date that the anaesthetist that I wanted was free at the same time as my surgeon. I was booked in on the 16th March but I want to choose my anaesthetist because, as you probably well know!, pain control is an issue and when I had my liver surgery, he was awesome. Absolutely no arguments about pain relief, he specialises in acute and chronic pain and let me come off the drugs at my own pace. I'm not sure if you remember but I have a pretty serious thoracic injury and need a fair amount of pain relief. I realised that I don't know how long the scar will be, how much it hurts, how long it takes.I can't believe I didn't ask - I think I was in shock to realise I'd need another serious surgery. I'd really appreciate any advice that you can give and would love to hear your story. I'll go back and read your notes but I thought as we were having exactly the same thing, there might be other stuff that you could add. Oh, one more question, did you have to wear a brace for 3 months? I have to wear a hard one during the day and a soft one at night.yuck. Thanks so much, Sammy - and if you don't want to talk about it.I totally understand. If anyone else would like to chime in, please do.all advice and thoughts are welcome. I appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks to all clitoral cortisol erectile disfunction sexual arousal disordersemejanzas entre carbohidratos lipidos y proteinas
I've been using vitamin V for more than four years now, and it has worked very well for me. I buy 100 mg. pills and cut them in half, then take the half a pill. On the days that I take it (usually once a week, on an empty stomach), my wife and I have sex in the late afternoon (an hour or so after chewing up the pill), then once again that night before we fall asleep. It's been just great for our sex lives. In the last few months, however, I've been having trouble keeping an erection during intercourse, despite no apparent health problems, even with the Viagra. I've even tried upping the dosage to 100 mg, but this doesn't help much. Four and half years ago, before getting the first prescription, I was tested for testosterone level, and it was normal. Has anyone else experienced a dropoff in effectiveness after years of usage? And, do you have any ideas of why this might be happening and/or what I might do about it? Thank you.
